About Me

Jeff Jurkas, M.B.A., is a senior enrollment management executive and higher education technology leader with over 15 years of experience leading CRM strategy, admissions operations, and cross-functional teams across communications, marketing, and enrollment.

As Executive Director of Graduate & Professional Admissions, he leads the strategy, optimization, and integration of admissions systems and operations for graduate and professional programs. He drives enrollment performance through data-informed decision-making, CRM architecture, and enterprise-wide collaboration, overseeing a team of 50 staff across 8 colleges and supporting approximately 80% of total graduate enrollment.

His work brings together enrollment strategy, technology, and marketing to improve how systems, communications, and operations function across the enrollment lifecycle.
